What happens if a campaign does not reach its target upon deadline?

Crowdfunding regulations are All-or-Nothing so when campaigns cannot reach their fundraising targets, commitments must be refunded to investors.

In the event that a campaign does not reach its fundraising target by its deadline (an unsuccessful campaign that is less than 100% fully funded by its indicated campaign deadline), we assist fundraisers in officially terminating the campaign, sending notices to committed investors and managing commitment refunds.

Allow 1 - 2 business days from the official closure of an unsuccessful campaign for the Round One team to refund your investment commitment in full, as a credit to your portfolio balance.
