Should I expect investors to contact me directly?

Upon conclusion of your successful campaign (and depending on the type of security you used to fundraise), committed investors may avail of stockholder rights accorded to them by the Corporation Code of the Philippines.

This includes but is not limited to: 

• Examining company documents, records, financial statements
• Participating and voting in annual stockholder meetings

Exercise of stockholder rights will likely entail investors contacting you.

Though you may not have an active campaign, committed investors who are now shareholders will still be able view, post and interact with your public Pofile's Updates and Discussion sections where they may, from time to time, post messages or requests for updates.
