Round One issues receipts through ESDC its intermediary parent, in the form of “Acknowledgement Receipts” for all your cash deposits, whether used for commitments or left for future commitments.
When the campaign where you have participated is successful, we will transfer funds from your account to the Issuer account; in exchange, your account will be credited with Issuer shares through a Stock Credit Memo.
This will be the document that will show the record of your investment to Issuer.
