Where does my money go after I make a commitment?

When you make an investment commitment, funds are deducted from your portfolio and placed in a special fundraiser's campaign funds account. We, the intermediary manage and monitor this special sub-account for the duration of a fundraiser's crowdfunding campaign.

Custody of funds remain securely with our partner banks until a campaign concludes and funds are released to the fundraiser or you have requested a portfolio funds withdrawal.

This makes it easy for us to transfer funds back to you should you require a refund due to a cancellation or seek to top up an original commitment!
