Can Round One refuse my investment?

Round One and its intermediary, Eastern Securiites Development Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel investments at its discretion without reason or prior advisement. You will recieve a notification if your investment commitment was cancelled. Any decision we make in this regard is within our mission to create a safe space for equity crowdinvesting.

There are specific reasons why we may, reduce, cancel or refuse your investment due to:

• ❌ Suspension of your account, functions and privileges
• ❌ Suspension or termination of a fundraiser's campaign
• ❌ Regulatory, legal limitations that may restrict your ability to invest in certain issuers
• 🍕 Oversubscription allocation policies when a campaign concludes.

Rest assured in any event that your investment commitment is reduced or cancelled you will recieve a full refund for your commitment to your portfolio, available for withdrawal upon request, less handling fees and charges.
