There are two ways to change your password. First, through the "Forgot Password" feature on the Login page, or through your account's dashboard.
Forgot Password 👨💻
- 1. Go to the Login page.
- 2. Click "Forgot Password".
- 3. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click "Send".
- 4. Check your email inbox for an email from our team.
- 5. Open the email and click "Reset Password". You will be redirected to the Create New Password page.
- 6. Enter your new password and confirm it. Click the "Reset Password" button to finalize the action.
Account Dashboard 🔒💻
- 1. Log in to your account.
- 2. Click the Profile button next to the bell icon at the top righthand corner.
- 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach the Account Security section.
- 4. Click "Edit Password".
- 5. Enter your new password and confirm it. Click the "Save Changes" button to finalize the action.
- 6. Log in with your new password.
